Annual Science Fair: AWMA
Alamo Chapter volunteers judges and prize awards to the Alamo Regional Academy of Science and
Engineering (ARASE) Science Fair. The
fair covers 32 counties in Texas with over 700 students in grades six through
twelve in 14 competitive categories. The
fair consists of a Junior Division (6th -8th grades)
and a Senior Division (9th - 12th grades) both
comprised of individual and team projects.
Team projects involve two students who have worked together throughout
the experimentation process. ARASE
qualifies nine science projects to compete at the international level science
fair known as the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair. |
