Michael Dillinger currently serves as Executive Director at NuStar Energy, manages the project permitting, regulatory affairs and customs teams, advises on HSE laws and regulations, has served over 27 years in the military, J.D. from University of North Dakota School of Law, LL.M. in Environmental Law from George Washington University Law School, and LL.M. in Litigation Management from Baylor University Law School.
