The Alamo Chapter of Air and Waste Management Association (AWMA)
is a local chapter of the Southwest Section of the International AWMA. The AWMA is a not-for-profit, global network of environmental professionals. Its mission is to promote a clean environment worldwide. The Alamo Chapter was formed in 1990 with 10 members. Currently, there are approximately 100 local members.
The AWMA Alamo Chapter is comprised of: State and Local Regulators, Environmental Compliance Managers, Geologists, Engineers, Consultant, Attorneys, Students and other Environmental Professionals.
